Yah Seperti itulah kira-kira pesan yang muncul ketika windows startup pertama kali. Ini muncul karena saya menggati OS Si Laptop  yang mulanya memakai OS Windows Vista saya ganti menjadi Windows 7 dengan berbagai alasan tentunya sehingga saya memutuskan untuk mengganti OS, padahal Si Vista ini sudah include memang di Laptop. Mau tidak mau saya harus mencari driver2 si laptop. Setelah proses download driver selesai, saya langsung INUL si Laptop. Proses Installationnya berjalan lancar tidak ada masalah yang berarti.

Setelah semuanya selesai, pada proses startupnya , maka muncullah pesan tersebut! Apalgai si Laptop jika di shutdown dan dinyalakan kembali sudah tidak mau lagi log in di windows, baru bisa kembali jika dimatikan paksa dengan menekan beberapa detik tombol powernya baru bisa normal kembali. Begitu terus menerus berulang-ulang.

Saya bertanya kepada teman2 yang katanya mengerti ini, tapi tidak membuahkan hasil, ada yang bilang RAMnya kotor harus dibersihkan, masa saya harus membongkarnya? padahal ilmu ( ce elah ) saya cetek sekali jika masalah hardware, ada yang bilang gitu aja kok repot INUL aja kembali, masa di INUL kembali? ini baru2 di Installl. Yah.. Plan A gagal, sekarang melanjutkan Plan B, yaitu bertanya dengan Abang Gugel tercintah :* muach.. miss U! .

Setelah beberapa lama gugling, bertanya sana sini di berbagai forum, tak lupa juga “dipingpong” kesana-kemari, dan akhirnya saya menemukan jawaban terjitu dan tentunya berhasil, saya ambil disini. Penyebabnya salah satunya adalah kemungkinan ada program yang tidak compatible dengan windows 7 atau ada driver2 yang ketimpa dengan driver yang sama yang lupa sebelumnya di Uninstall. Saya sudah tidak ingat lagi program apa yang saya sudah install sebelumnya  sehingga muncul pesan seperti itu.  Kebetulan step2nya banyak tapi yang berhasil dengan si Laptop Step 3-4. Berikut penjelasannya seperti ini:

Step 3:
Try to boot the computer in safe mode with networking, follow the steps below to boot the computer in safe mode with networking:

1. Restart your computer if it is powered on.
2. Tap the F8 key continuously after your computer initially powers on.
3. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu you can stop tapping.
4. Use the up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection.
5. Select Safe Mode with Networking and press Enter.
6. You should see drivers loading, and then please wait.
7. You should then be at the Welcome Screen.
8. Logon to your computer using an account with Administrator privileges.

Step4

1. Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
2. User Account Control permission, If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
3. On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
4. Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.
5. Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
6. Click OK.
7. When you are prompted, click Restart.
8. After the computer starts, check whether the problem is resolved.

Bagaimana? Bingung? Sama. Saya Juga ding. hihihi . 

Okay saya coba menerangkan step2nya, here we go:

Step1:

1. Restart PC/ Laptop kamu.
2. Tekan F8 berulang2 ketika baru menyala sehingga akan muncul pilihan option boot
3. Pilih menu “Safe Mode With Networking” kemudian Enter
4. PC akan melakukan proses loading, jadi tunggu saja sampe selesai
5. Maka komputer akan membooting ke Safe Mode with networking

Step2:

1. Setelah masuk di mode safe with networking.
2. klik tombol start pada strat search box ketik msconfig kemudian tekan Enter
3. pada tab “General Tab” Klik ” Selective Startup”
4. dibawah “selective startup” hilangkan tanda panah pada  “Load Startup Items” seperti gambar dibawah ini:
5. kemudian Klik Tab “Service“  berikan tanda panah pada kotak cek “Hide All Microsoft Services” kemudian “Dissable All“

6. Klik OK, kemudian komputer akan meminta restart. Restart komputer anda.

Setelah proses restart selesai, lihat apakah pesan “Windows Has Recovered From An Unexpected ShutDown” sudah tidak ada? jika sudah tidak ada maka stepnya berhasil. Jika Masih ada? *&^^$%^&$#$. hihihi. Saya sudah mengikuti proses dan step2nya dan itu berhasil. Semoga bermanfaat.
